Have fun on the Arlberg
Starting back in the days when Austria’s very first drag lift brought a degree of comfort to winter sports in Lech Zürs, this cradle of downhill skiing has managed to captivate skiers and snowboarders every single winter since.
The Arlberg ski area has grown tremendously over the years, and its 305 kilometres of pistes and over 200 km of high alpine powder runs are guaranteed to make the heart of any ski aficionado beat faster. With reliable snow conditions from November to April, it’s no surprise that Lech Zürs is the choice of so many visitors year after year.
The Lange Zug
Located on the Rüfikopf in Lech, the unforgiving Lange Zug run presents a very special challenge for skiers – those who falter here do so at their own peril!
The Lange Zug is an extreme ski route which is prepared daily. With a total length of 4.7km, it has a maximum gradient of 80%.
