On arrival rooms are available from 13.00. The rooms will be held only until 18.00, unless we have prior notification of a later arrival time.
Photo ID and a credit card are required when checking in.
To facilitate your arrival proceedings, an envelope containing your car parking voucher and tickets for the first trip up the mountain will be deposited at the bottom station of the Lech Oberlech cable car.
Baggage transfer to/from the Oberlech cable car station
Loose articles such as shoes, items of clothing, ski poles or plastic bags cannot be transferred. Please ensure that everything is packed in suitcases or bags, not plastic carrier bags, since everything has to be reloaded in Oberlech!

A deposit of € 1,000 - in winter and € 200.00 in summer is payable to confirm your booking.
In the case of any damage we adhere to the official Austrian hotel regulations. Payment may be made in cash, or by European debit card, Visa or Master Card.

Children of all ages are welcome. Cots are available on request.
The maximum permitted number of cots depends on the type of room booked. Please check the maximum number allowed in the room you have chosen.
The supply of all cots and extra beds depends on availability.

- Dogs

Out of respect for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the hotel
